7. Children’s Privacy
Coaching for represented actors ages 9–12 must be arranged through a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians should contact Shawn directly and manage inquiries and booking for their child. Children under 13 should not submit their own contact details, create bookings, or send audition materials through this website. For privacy questions concerning a child, a parent or guardian can contact privacy@bookyourrole.com.

10. Website analytics and browser privacy choices
Google Analytics loads only after you accept optional analytics on bookyourrole.com. No advertising pixel is installed by this website. Hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.
Optional analytics requires an affirmative choice before loading Google Analytics. It records approved page paths and coaching-link interactions, excluding form content, email addresses, URL search parameters, and fragments from the event data it sends. Analytics still involves technical information; it should not be treated as anonymous.
Analytics choices can be changed using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. The choice lasts up to 90 days on that browser. The website treats a browser’s Global Privacy Control signal or enabled Do Not Track signal as a decision to keep optional analytics off, including when analytics was previously accepted. Withdrawing consent stops future events from this integration and removes its analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by a provider.
Google Analytics receives technical information when you accept, including a cookie identifier and information associated with your connection and browser. Google Signals, advertising personalization, granular location/device collection, and optional account data sharing are disabled. User-level and event-level retention is set to two months; this limit does not apply to most aggregated reports. Analytics cookies from this integration expire after up to 90 days.
